Note: Dear owners and residents please note that you have to pay block maintenance for the individual maintenance of your blocks which includes blocks common electricity charges, water charges and any other building maintenance/ repair works etc if any .

Our JBNFOWA is providing the following services as common to all the 800/944 residents since it's inception 1995.

1. CLEANLINESS OF THE COLONY

Garbage will be collected at Door Step in the Morning.

Ensure That The Garbage / Waste / Debris Are Not Thrown Inside The Colony.

2. SECURITY

Cooperate With Security Personnel.

Entry To The Colony Between 11.00 pm to 05.00 am Is Only Through Specified Gate.

Ensure Servants / Contractors Posses Valid Gate Pass For Entry.


3. WATER

Please Keep The Taps Closed When Not In Use.

Be Considerate To Upper Floor Residents for Equi Distribution Of Water.

4. IRONMAN

It Is Advisable To Deliver Your Cloths At His Work Place.

Do Not Pay More Than The Prescribed Rates.


5. ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING/SANITORY COMPLAINTS

Register Your Complaint / Fault In The Register Kept At Association Office.

Technicians Will Attend Routine / Minor Complaints of Supply Lines And Lights Only.

Residents Shall Provide The Necessary Material Required At Their Cost.

6. VEHICLE PARKING/DRIVING INSIDE

Park The Vehicle Properly.

Do Not Use Horns.

MAINTANANCE CHARGES

Pay Maintenance Charges At Assn Office Before 11th Of Each Month For The Month & Block Maintenance To Block Representative.

Failure To Pay The Maintenance Charges Shall Entail Disconnection Of Service As Well As Reconnection Charges.

Get N.O.C. From The Association Office before Occupancy / Vacation Of The Flat.
